Getting To Know Williams Lift Company

At Williams Lift Company, we provide stair lifts and handicap ramps that offer increased mobility and comfort. We know how important it is that you get exactly what you need and that you have the support and assistance of qualified and caring individuals. Read on to learn more about what makes the Williams Lift Company special.

Family Owned and Operated
The Williams family founded the Williams Surgical parent company in 1947. While Thomas E. Williams opened Williams Surgical, it is his son, Barry, who currently owns and operates Williams Lift with his wife. Their two daughters and son-in-law are also part of the family team. Being a family business, the rest of the staff has become family as well. We are proud to have created a family of kind and quality professionals, and we believe that our family mentality is a key factor in our success.

Quality Service Throughout
In the Williams family, we aim to conduct our service with fairness and excellence. We offer high quality products and services at prices that we determine to be optimal for both parties. We provide top-notch service at all times, whether you are renting or buying a stairlift, or simply coming in for a consultation. This excellent service lasts long after the sale is made, through our careful and exceptional maintenance.

Caring People
Put simply, we care about our customers; that is why we take steps to make sure that each and every one is covered. For example, before the super storm Sandy, we took precautionary measures to ensure that we would have plenty of batteries in stock, in case our customers lost power and were unable to use their stairlifts. We also recorded a message that explained how to make the most of your battery life, in case we were forced to close our store.
