Let me first say if there is any hesitation, don’t hesitate. I went with Williams because they are a family business and have been in business for 70 years. Their professionalism and knowledge was immeasurable. From start to finish Williams was easy to contact, get an appointment, easy to order and fast to install. I was so happy with the custom lift for the first floor to the second, I ordered another for the basement to the first floor. I can’t say enough about the staff and the installers.
