They really understand the business: filled out a request for quote on website at night; office called the next day to set up a home sales appointment for the next day; Sales quote took about 1/2 hour and he answered all my questions professionally; thought about it for a night call and asked more questions; called them back later and ordered it for next day install; The installer came on time and knew exactly what needed to be done, I bought 2 stair lifts (one to go upstairs and 1 to basement to exit through garage).
