I became disabled – I couldn’t walk easily! Walking up and down the steps in my house became very difficult for me. So I called Williams Lift company and Scott came over to see the steps and scheduled Steve to come over to assemble this! He did a great job and explained what to do – to go up and down the steps and to be careful too! So Williams Lift was terrific in putting in and explaining the Acorn Stairlift and the how and whys of it to conquer all our fears. Thanks for coming! Now I have 100% access to all floors of my house – without fear!
