We were very pleased with the installation of our stairlift. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I arranged for an estimate and when I called back to schedule the installation. Steve, the installer, was efficient and professional. After the installation was complete, Steve showed us how to operate the stairlift, adjusted the height of the seat, and answered our questions very patiently.
