The whole process was so easy. Had my Brooks Stairlift installed in a few days. It only took 2 hours and now I can use the stairs without worry of falling. I was like a little kid on Christmas. It’s nice not to get sick worrying about the stairs. The installer couldn’t have been nicer. Vacuumed everything at end. If they have been in business over 70 years I figured they know what their doing. And they did !!
