Review of stairlift in Rockaway Twp, NJ

After our old stairlift stopped working, I called Williams Lift Co and spoke to Susan. She was kind enough to give us a name of a company in our area to repair our lift. I called them and it was going to cost close to what we paid for the original lift to repair it and the service man didn’t seem to have the knowledge Susan had. I knew then that I was going to call Susan and get a new lift from Williams. I had researched the company after seeing an ad on tv and liked all I read about the family owned company. You feel like they consider your issues and that they are there to assist you. You are not just a number like the way some larger companies treat you. Richard came the next day to measure and explain things to us and installed it the following morning. I highly recommend this company.
