I am very happy with the service Williams Lifts Co. provided for me. The staff was very professional in their jobs. They were friendly while explaining the details on how the stairlift works. The first gentleman that came out, made a phone call to get a date for installment and the stairlift was installed the next day. I am enjoying this ride up and down my stairs.
