Excellent customer service from the entire company. I needed to rent a ramp for the holidays so that our wheelchair dependent family member could come to our home and enjoy the holidays with family. They came out right away, measured, gave me a reasonable quote and I had the ramp by the following week. They even gave me a prorated refund for returning the ramp early.
