It all started with a sales visit to my home by Dan, a rep from your company who explained every detail about your service and the product offered by your company. Dan is a terrific salesman who managed to educate us without any pressure to force us to commit to the sale. We called the next day to order our chair lift based on an excellent presentation by Dan.
Another employee, Laura, added to the excellent experience by arranging the installation in less than a week later and explained what to expect from your company until the job was finished.
On the date of installation, an installer, also named Dan, added the final touches to an outstanding experience having a chair lift installed in my home.
