We had a great experience with Williams. Initial installation was determined not a good fit for my Mom. I worked with Laura I believe in the office to adjust what was needed. Super helpful, she asked great questions to determine when and how my Mom would go up stairs, she had me send pictures of area. Although she was super busy, she was very courteous, professional and made sure it was appropriate for my Mom. The installer Dan did a great job, gave though instructions how to use the Chair lift, etc. Mom is super happy and safe using this product. Thumbs up for Williams!!
