Review of stairlift in Gillette, NJ

Just wanted to take the time to advise you of the fantastic service your company provides. My wife is handicapped and relies on your lift chair as the only way to get between the floors in our house. I called your office, talked to the repairman who determined the problem could not be fixed over the phone and would require a field visit.
Within only 4 hours, your repairman Michael D. was at our door, very impressive. I found Mike to be highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When finished he double tested the lift to make sure everything was repaired and carefully cleaned and serviced the chair.  Please pass onto Mike how much we appreciated his visit and how happy we are we chose Williams Lift Company so many years ago. Too bad the rating system only goes up to a 5!
