I had my chairlift installed this morning. Dan introduced himself upon arrival, was courteous and friendly even though we asked quite a few questions. He did a great job doing the installation efficiently. His knowledge was excellent and his explanation to me for use was easy to understand. I already used the lift a few times today which is a Godsend to me. A big thank you to Dan the installer and to Williams Lift Co.
