My wife and I are very happy with the Williams stairlift that was installed on 11/29/18. The installer, Steve, arrived on time and began work immediately. We were surprised how quickly he installed the stairlift. After the installation, he instructed us on how to use it and we both gave it a test run. Passed with flying colors. Steve also talked to us about the maintenance of the stairlift, the battery, and what to do if we go on an extended vacation (turn it off and pull the plug). Steve also left phone numbers that we could call if we had any questions as well as the manual. We have already used the stairlift to convey Christmas boxes from the basement to the 1st floor. No more carrying them up the steps. We could not be more pleased.
