Williams Lift Co. has terrific Customer Service. Everyone I spoke to on the telephone was helpful and gave me excellent service and information. Williams also offers the option to rent these wonderful stairlifts instead of buying them which is perfect for my needs. Daniel, the installer, did a fabulous job installing both of the lifts. He measured and adjusted everything so that none of our pictures had to be moved. The lifts work perfectly and are easy to use. Daniel made sure I understood everything about how to work the lifts and all the instructions before he left our home. These lifts have made it possible for me to move around our home all on my own.
