Dan was here today to install a new Brooks/Acorn Lift for me. He was professional, neat and courteous, a great representative for his company. The process was relatively quick and not very noisy. I have a dog who scares easily but she slept most of the time while he installed it. The stair lift is easy to use and Dan explained all instructions and operations to me in a clear, concise manner.
