I rented a stairlift for my wife but she only used it for 2 weeks before she passed away. Even though, there was a 3 month minimum rental, I called Barry and though he didn’t have to, he agreed to refund me a portion of the rental. I know if I ever need a stairlift again that I would do business with Williams. Being in sales for over 40 years, I can appreciate the good customer relations built by that small act.
