Review of stairlift in Red Bank, NJ

When my husband, diagnosed with ALS months ago, could barely climb the stairs in our split level home, I contacted Williams Lift. The most professional gentleman showed up the next day, at the exact time expected, & gave us such sensible advice for where the lift would go, along with a price estimate. Two days later, the chair lift was expertly installed. When I called the following week to ask for someone to come out for a minor adjustment, another expert craftsman came out two days later, even earlier than expected after clearing this with us by phone. He took the time to watch my husband use the lift & made two adjustments that did the trick. This was probably the best experience we ever had with getting something done quickly & with such good quality. Thank you so much.
