My wife had a major foot operation a wheel chair ramp was required before she could be released to go home from the rehabitation facility. I did not need a permanent installation and no one knew where to get assistance in doing an “instant installation” on a termporary basis. I found Williams Lift Co. on the internet and they rented ramps. Called and Laura was extremely helpful in getting this done. I sent her some photo’s of the ramp area. She had an installer there the next day. He wrote a quote for a 16′ ramp, a platform and a portable 3′ ramp to be used in two places. The next day, the installer arrived and in 1 1/2 hrs. the ramp was installed completely. The cost to install and remove the ramp was one price and the ramp rental was per month and extremely reasonable. I could have built a ramp, but not in the time this was done and not as good looking. Plus I didn’t have to take it down. Needless to say, I am very please with the people, the product and the service i received in my hour of need. If you need a ramp, permanent or temporary, Willims Lift Co. is the company to call.
