Steve arrived a few minutes before 10:00 am – our appointed time. Very personable, explained what he would do and he got all of his tools and started to work after he explained he would show us how to use the chair and answer any questions. He did the job, neatly, in about an hour. We were very pleased with everything and would gladly recommend the Williams family to anyone looking for help. It’s a blessing so far and will help me with the difficulty of walking and up and down the stairs.
