Just a note to thank you for your prompt and efficient service call to my mother’s this week. Being out of state, it was a worry to have her unable to use her lift. Not only did you suggest to fix it rather than invest in a new one, but the 2nd lift was repaired as well in less than half an hour! It has been out of service for several years. It is rare to see a company not push a more expensive option. It made my mother so pleased and happy to have such a competent and honest company come out – not to mention being able to have both lifts working again! We thank you and will definitely call you again if we should ever need service!
