They provide prompt service. the installer came the next day after I called to inspect/measure; and then the next day the lift was installed. The installer was couteous and very knowledgable about the product the rental/purchase options. The company provides 24 x 7 service calls which others do not. Also, they apply the full amount of the rental towards the purchase of the unit; where other companies only apply a precentage of the rental cost. I am very pleased with my chair lift and with Willliams Lift.
