Contacted Williams after seeing a full page ad in the Star Ledger. Called, and a salesperson came to our home. He gave us prices for a new unit and a used unit.
We took no action for some time and then called about installing a used unit. But at that moment there apparently were no used ones in stock. We belatedly decided to go ahead with the install anyway.
But just before the install a used unit became available, and we went ahead with the install.
We’re in a split level with 8 steps to our bathroom, those steps are killing us. So now we glide up and down with ease. On my diuretic day its a breeze. Laundry day is easier.
My words to anyone buying a home, never buy anything without a bathroom on the main living level, or 50 years later you’ll become a Williams Lift customer.
