Bruno Lifts in Belle Mead, NJ

My wife recently fell and broke a hip. We live in a 3 floor townhouse in NJ. I engaged WilliamsLifts’ services to evaluate our premises and then to install 2 chairlifts to go to 2nd & 3rd floors. Each Willams employee I spoke with, either by phone or at home in person, was courteous, helpful and professional. The technician who installed the rails and chairs spent numerous hours in my home. He was personable, friendly, and answered all questions I had thoroughly, and applied himself the same way in his installation. He also fully explained usage of the chairs following completion. The installation of the chairs was designed specifically for my wife’s height and provide movement for her from floor to floor, and allow for easy access for anyone else to pass on the stairs, when a chair is not in use. We have had the lifts in the home for 2 weeks now. They are truly a godsend, enabling my wife to move easily from floor to floor, which would be impossible without them. They are constructed well, sturdy and supportive, and easy to maneuver and control, also folding up when not in use. I’d highly recommend WilliamsLifts for their courteousness, helpfulness, professionalism and the fine product they’ve installed in my home.
