We are very pleased with our stair lift. Williams Lift made the process of ordering the lift very easy. Scott, the salesman, was very pleasant and courteous. The lift was installed within a couple of days of our meeting with Scott. Michael installed the lift and was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything carefully and patiently.
