Review for stairlift in Rockaway, NJ

To the staff at Williams Lift Co,

I would like to thank the salesperson, Scott, and Dan, the installer, for being so kind, patient and thoughtful during my first time meeting them. I am 82 years old and do not like to be rushed. Scott allowed me to take my time in selecting the chair I wanted to have installed. I ordered the chair on Thursday and he made a call and was able to have an installer put it in on Friday. Dan arrived on Friday. He called to give me the time he would be at my house. He was so kind and explained how the chair operated and how I was to use it. He was so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking him questions. I love my chairlift. No more long waits at the bottom of my stairs trying to lift my feet to the next step, then pull my weight up.
